In 2025 – 2026 we are running sessions to record your oral histories with a facilitator, where we’ll dive into the richness of your lived experiences and personal reflections. Together, we’ll explore the threads that weave our community:
Cuisine. Migration. Identity. Style. Faith. Architecture.
Your voice will become part of a growing digital archive to be launched in October 2025 on our website — a legacy of South London women, past and present, rooted in place and possibility.
These recorded stories will also have a physical home in our future building on Peckham Square, creating a tapestry of voices that reflect and reimagine the future of our neighbourhood whilst celebrating the significant contributions of the women of our community.
This is more than a conversation. It’s a celebration, an honouring, and a reclaiming of space — for you and for generations to come.
